Equiclick allows you to perform the main operations, wherever and whenever you prefer, with absolute freedom.

You can use some online services, already available on the Agenzia delle entrate-Riscossione portal (http://www.agenziaentrateriscossione.gov.it).

Without authentication, you can:

• Pay bills and notices online through the Agenzia delle entrate-Riscossione portal connected to the pagoPA platform;
• Book tickets directly online and use them at our offices;
• Find the nearest office to you.

The services with authentication, on the other hand, involve consulting your personal information and require entering your login credentials. You can access with SPID credentials, Sistema Pubblico di Identità Digitale (Public System of Digital Identity), with CIE, Carta di identità elettronica (Electronic Identity Card), or with credentials provided by Agenzia delle entrate.

To obtain a Spid digital identity, citizens must request it from the accredited managers of Agid, the so-called "Identity Providers", who, after verifying the applicant's data, will issue the digital identity by providing the credentials to the user (username, password, and temporary code).

To obtain Agenzia delle entrate credentials, it is necessary to connect to the Agenzia delle entrate website (http://www.agenziaentrate.gov.it/), click on the reserved area and follow the necessary instructions to register for Fisconline.

By entering the reserved area, you can:

• View paid and outstanding documents with updated amounts and detailed information on individual taxes;
• Pay bills and notices;
• Consult the list of eligible documents for installment payment, select them, obtain the installment plan for the debt, and start paying immediately. With Equiclick, you can install a debt up to a maximum of 60,000 euros, including any ongoing installments;
• Request the Suspension of Collection from the Collection Agent if you believe that the payment request contained in the bill or notice is not due and you can demonstrate that you do not have to pay the amounts requested by the creditor entity;
• Activate "Se Mi Scordo", the service that alerts you about bills, deadlines, and payments via SMS or email.
